A Place in the Sun's host was feeling "worried" while showing potential buyers around new homes.
Danni Menzies was back on Channel 4 today helping another buyer find their dream home. Tina loved France and hoped to find the perfect retirement property on the Côte de Béziers. She was joined by her daughter Claire as they hoped to purchase a new property.
She hoped for a pretty French house with lots of light and an outdoor space. She wanted somewhere to park with a minimum of two bedrooms. She had a budget of £150,000 with wriggle room up to £160,000.

Danni showed the mum and daughter two properties which she thought they would love. However, neither of the homes struck a chord with the women, and Tina said the second one just really didn't do it for her at all.
The host became "worried" about showing further properties as she thought the initial homes had offered everything that had been asked for. She hoped that a home centred in one of the "prettiest villages in France" would be the one for Tina.
When in the third home, Danni said: "I was a bit worried after the reaction from the previous home." But she seemed to have nothing to fear as the buyer seemed to be somewhat impressed with first impressions.
Tina said: "First impressions - it's lovely. And you've delivered with the parking and the gardens." She added: "I'm getting a very good vibe."
The property featured original beams running throughout the property, and room for a therapy room since Tina hoped to have a room to set up her business. It was on the market for £168,000.
Despite initial positive reactions, Danni said that she "couldn't gauge" how Tina was really feeling. In surprising twist, Tina explained that there was lots of space in the home but not "practical" spaces. They decided that the home also wasn't a contender as it had too much work to do and the search continued.
