A Place In The Sun host Ben Hillman savages a picky couple on the show while he was given the task to find their perfect home.
Ben was given a maximum budget by retired bus driver Sue and postal worker Ali to find the right place for them but it didn't seem to go very smoothly.
The pair were looking for a change from their usual Weston-super-Mare and instead wanted to relocate to sunny Spain.
Ben got to work looking for the perfect property and had a few on his list with most of Sue and Ali's criteria.
They wanted a dream house with plenty of land and somewhere that had a minimum of two bedrooms.
They also wanted to be inland compared to the usual sea views that most people ask for on the show.

He showed them one house which seemed to be a good fit but the pair weren't happy with Ben's efforts.
Sue was annoyed when it was revealed that they would have two sets of neighbours.
The host asked if this would impact their decision making process and Sue said it could be a problem.
It was listed at £73,000 which was slightly over their budget but Ben assured them they could be getting a good deal on the house.
The three of them moved on to the next property as they ruled the first one out.
But they didn't seem any more happy with that one either but it was definitely a better reaction that the first despite being less modern.

The third property was much more impressive as it came with four acres with it as well as being inland which suited the duo much better
Then came the fourth house which again Sue and Ali didn't like, but they didn't give much of a solid reason as Sue just said: "I just don't like it."
However, Ben didn't let it slide this time and he admitted: "You're hard work, what have I got to do?"
After a very difficult time with the pair, Ben hoped the last home would be good enough for Sue and Ali.
It seems like it could've been fifth time lucky as the duo seems to take a liking to it.
The fifth holiday home threw a spanner in the works as Sue and Ali seemed to like it.

They went on to make an offer on the fifth property but only at £60,000 when the asking price was originally £70,000.
The low offer was shut down by the current owners due to the £10,000 reduction from asking price.
Sue and Ali decided to go back in with a slightly higher offer of £64,000 but this wasn't high enough either.
But this was their final offer which was instantly rejected by the owners who came back and insisted they wanted the full asking price.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 4pm on Channel 4.
