A Place in the Sun guest joked that he was ready to put an offer in and go home before the couple had even looked around their potential property.
In the most recent episode of the Channel 4 show, Karen and Peter were on the hunt for a sprawling property in Tarragona in Catalonia, Spain, that could accommodate their large family.
The couple, that originally hailed from Liverpool, were hoping to move into a home where they could grow vegetables as well as run yoga workshops.
With a budget of around £180,000, the couple were so stunned with the first property on offer that Peter suggested that the search was over.

The first home was a four-bedroom property with a pool and lots of outdoor space as well as solar panels and the couple were incredibly excited about going inside.
While it had been listed on the market at £225k, the homeowners were open to offers and willing to go lower in order to sell. It also came with its own olive grove, a huge terrace and a garage space.
"Let's put in an offer and go home," Paul joked as they geared up to entering the property.
Unfortunately, the couple was less than impressed with the inside of the home and their quest for the perfect house continued.
By the third property, Karen was so thrilled with what was on offer that she was left almost in tears.
During the show, she admitted that they had been planning this move for quite some time and was feeling overwhelmed that their dream was finally becoming a reality.

"Over the years thinking about this move, I didn’t think I would get upset..." she said.
With stunning views of the surrounding nature in the municipality of Freginals, the couple eventually decided to put an offer in on the third house.
While the original asking price was £217,000, Karen and Peter were able to shave thousands off and became the proud owners of a new home for £186,000.
While the Liverpool couple were thrilled to walk away with a new home, the Channel 4 show hasn't always been that successful with helping guests on their mission to move overseas.

Just last month, a husband and wife made a groveling apology to presenter Jasmine Harman after they were left unimpressed with the options on offer.
At the time, the guests were shown five properties in the Canary Islands but felt like none of them really stood out.
Presenter Jasmine admitted that she was 'disappointed' with their response after Steve confessed: "I just wasn’t getting that come and buy me feel."
His wife Debbie then added: "Sorry!"
