Laura took to Instagram with a video insight into her recent stint filming A Place In The Sun, which sees property experts help British couples who are looking to move from their home in the UK for the sun, sea and sand abroad when she shared the scary news.

"The start of this week actually got off to a pretty shitty start... unfortunately (and for the first time ever abroad) I had a car accident as I was on the way to our first property... "However, I think it's important in life to always focus on the positive and whilst I felt rubbish, I had to keep smiling. I had to ensure my house hunters had the best time with me and lots of fun whilst we looked for their dream holiday home."

Laura went on to say: "The search isn't over yet but I think it's been a successful one so far and we have certainly had a lot of laughs. Thank you as always to the team on the road and back in Blighty that make this all possible!"

And fans were quick to respond and share their relief that everyone involved was ok. @johnmac997 said: "It's a horrible feeling but thankfully no-one was hurt. Great attitude." @lellmill9 commented: "So sorry to hear you was in an accident Laura, glad your ok I had a little slight incident myself but even though your ok it still shakes you up, loving your reels for a place in the sun."
