A Place in the Sun host Ben Hillman had a nightmare after showing two potential buyers a "shoebox" property.
Friday's instalment of the Channel 4 show saw the presenter joined by friends Chris and Richard in Tenerife as they sought out a "winter bolthole". The two had been friends for some years and have holidayed on the island many times.
Between them, they had a budget of £110,000. But after the pair saw a number of apartments, they were yet to be impressed.

Ben was off to a bad start, as the first property was a "definite no" with the pair deciding before even taking a proper look around. The second was too quiet, and was also "eliminated" fairly quickly.
A third apartment was much more to their liking. On the market for £107,000 it was newly refurbished, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the resort of Costa del Silencio.
But unfortunately for Ben, things soon went back downhill. Property number four was a former shop that had been turned into a ground floor apartment.
Despite it being way under budget at just £76,000, the old friends were not impressed. Looking around the place, Chris said: "It's literally a shoebox. It has no personality."
Richard agreed it had "no character". He added: "It's basically like it was one shop and there's a hole in the wall, which might be a window, but it might not."
While the property had a "lovely" swimming pool, this was nowhere near enough to change their minds. Chris said: "We appreciate the bargain factor, and it will be a bargain for someone, but unfortunately that's not us."
In the end, the pair decided not to make an offer on any of the properties they were shown and their search for a home on the south coast of Tenerife continues.
