Having one of the best seats in the house to every Fremantle Dockers and West Coast Eagles home-and-away season match, as well as a prime spot for Perth Scorchers games and concerts, would be a dream for many WA sports fans.
For just $30,000, it could be a reality.
Details of stadium memberships for the new Perth Stadium have been revealed, with 1,385 spots available for $6,000 per season.
But to secure one of the memberships, people will have to make a five-year commitment — taking the total cost to $30,000 per seat.
The memberships are billed as offering access to "every event at Perth Stadium", but many major events — including AFL finals — will come at an additional cost to the $6,000-per-year fee.
The stadium memberships exclude potential major events such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games and soccer and cricket's world cups, plus "motorsport entertainment shows, mixed martial arts events and boxing".
"Bankwest Club is destined to be one of the premier and most sought-after stadium memberships in Australia," Perth Stadium's website states.
"With premium allocated seating to all Perth Stadium events and access to Perth Stadium's incredible array of services and facilities, the Bankwest Club is sure to deliver incredible year-round value."
The idea of stadium memberships is far from uncommon around Australia, with Melbourne's Docklands and Sydney's Olympic Stadium among the multi-purpose venues offering similar packages.
Details of West Coast and Fremantle's membership packages for the new stadium were revealed last month, with the cheapest season ticket set at $249 for the Dockers and $390 for the Eagles.
Both clubs are now going through the process of allowing existing members to pick their seats at the $1.6 billion venue, which is set to open in January.
