A new studio advocating wellness, empowerment and confidence through movement has opened in Glasgow city centre.
Move Studios offers classes in yoga, Pilates, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and dance - all within an Instagram worthy environment.
As well as the space used for sessions, the trendy venue has a chill out zone inspired by Scandinavian interior design.
Members can use the space to relax and drink teas and chat to each other before and after classes.

Owner Debbie Piñero Castillo, originally from Glasgow, decided to launch the studio after moving home from London, where she had spent hours at studios practicing yoga and learning dance routines worthy of an Ariana Grande music video.
Debbie said: “When I came back to Glasgow, I was missing the classes so much, as well as the community and social aspect of them. I couldn’t find anything with the same environment in Glasgow, and so I took the plunge to open Move Studios.
“Life is so hectic, and I wanted to create a space where people can come together and feel a sense of community. Everyone should leave feeling confident and full of endorphins, having had fun and burned a few calories.
“My favourite class we currently offer is our dance class, where we encourage everyone to leave their self-consciousness at the door, and flip their hair to classics from the likes of Beyoncé and Pussycat Dolls. We have a vote each week on our Instagram to decide which track to dance to.”

Based on Stockwell place, behind St. Enoch centre, Move Studios has ten qualified instructors and fully equipped changing facilities and showers, complete with hairdryers and beauty amenities.
It's offering taster sessions on Saturday, April 6 so that everyone can come along and try out their most popular classes.
