Defined as "minimal luxury", The Strand Thonglor will be a new landmark on Sukhumvit 55 when completed in 2021.
Tanyatip Chearavanont and Chawin Athakravisunthorn, co-founders of One.Six Development, launched the 4.8 billion baht condominium complex, in partnership with Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), at an event held at Benchasiri Grand Ballroom, Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit.
The location will allow enjoying the Thong Lor district around the clock, as a resident rather than a visitor. Celebrities shared their experience of living or hanging out in this vibrant part of Bangkok as well as their interpretations of the "minimal luxury" concept.
A panel discussion then clarified that it's about essentials and refinement, creating something complex from simplicity, for luxurious living space.
