A new movie channel is coming to Sky this July

A brand new channel dedicated to animated films is coming to Sky and NowTV this month.

The Sky Animation channel will launch on July 23 at no extra cost to Sky customers.

It'll be home to some of the biggest animated releases including Despicable Me 1 and 2, The Secret Life of Pets 2, The Lego Movie 2 and How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.

Plus there's also plenty more family-friendly animations to discover including Wonder Park, Spy Cat and Astro Kid.

It joins recently launched channels Sky Documentaries and Nature as well as Sky Disney which is home to your favourite animated and live-action classics.

If you're a non-Sky customer or not subscribed to the Sky movie package on your box then you can get contract-free access to all of the movie channels via NowTV.

You can sign up for a free seven-day trial with a NowTV Cinema Pass and access all of the channels including Sky Animation.

Once your free trial is over you'll pay £11.99 per month but customers can cancel their subscription at any time as there's no contract.

To find out more and to sign up for a free trial go to nowtv.com.
