Liverpool is set to welcome a new hotel in its thriving city centre .
The hotel is part of the Innkeeper's Collection chain and promises comfort and style to its guests.
It will be opening above popular bar and restaurant All Bar One on Derby Square, which is currently undergoing its own extensive refurbishment .
The building is currently boarded up and inaccessible to the public while the work is being completed.
A Mitchells & Butlers spokesperson told the ECHO: "We're pleased to announce we will be opening a brand new Innkeeper's Collection hotel in Liverpool.
"The first Innkeeper's Collection to open in Liverpool city centre will offer 23 modern, well equipped bedrooms, all fitted to a high standard and with powerful walk in showers.
"We plan to open the hotel above the refurbished All Bar One to the public in late October."
According to the chain's website, the hotel will be opening on October 24.
