A monster's ball is coming to Sefton Park's Palm House complete with Halloween films and music

Halloween will be here before we know it so it's no surprise that events are already popping up in the city.

The Palm House at Sefton Park has announced that it's throwing a Monster's Ball aimed at the family which will be held over the October half term.

The four-day event will feature daily film showings, dancing, games and creepy crafting activities to keep kids entertained during the school break.

There'll also be prizes up for grabs for the best fancy dress costumes on each day.

The event will begin on Sunday, October 27 from 4pm where the film will be Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus.

On Monday, October 28, the film on offer is Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween.

The third day, Tuesday, October 29, will show family favourite Hotel Transylvania 2.

For the final day, Wednesday October 30, 90s cult favourite The Addams Family will close the four day event.

All children must be accompanied by an adult during.
