A Merseyside Police Dog has had a busy evening fighting two crimes

A Merseyside Police Dog has had a busy evening fighting crime.

PD Quga attended two incidents in a short space of time, beginning with a task on Thursday to help police detain a man who had allegedly threatened officers with a brick.

The man escaped into the grounds of a school but is reported to have continued to issue threats to officers.

PD Quga teamed up with fellow police dog PD Falco as a containment was set up, which ensured the man had no option but to give up.
