A major change to your Sky TV channels is happening today

Sky TV customers will notice a big change to its listing pages today after the TV provider added new channel just for comedy

Today, Monday January 27, a new home of comedy has been launched on Sky TV. 'Sky Comedy' will show comedies from US networks HBO, NBC and Showtime on a single channel in the UK.

The launch comes just in time for the brand-new series of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Other shows include talk shows like Jimmy Fallon, John Oliver, Bill Maher and The Late Late Show, currently hosted by James Corden.

To access the new channel existing Sky customers can access Sky Comedy on channel 113. There is also a +1 service on channel 213.

For Virgin Media UK customers, Sky Comedy will be available in High Definition on channel 121 and in Standard Definition on channel 121. The +1 service can be found on channel 206.

You can also gain access to Sky Comedy through a Now TV Pass, with prices on those currently starting from £7.99

Other box-sets available from launch include Girls, Entourage, The Mindy Project, Ballers, Parks and Recreation, Veep, 30 Rock, The Righteous Gemstones, Miracle Workers and Sex and the City.

It is one of two new channels launching on Sky for UK customers. The provider will also launch Sky Crime, which will feature US crime dramas Oxygen, Jupiter and Woodcut, and documentaries about true crimes.

A full list of scheduled times can be found through the Sky website's TV guide here.
