YouView has arrived. And it's the "future of television", according to, er... YouView. Yet the logo chosen for the service, which will hook up Freeview and Freesat with video-on-demand capability, is not so much futuristic as, er... 1977, with a distinct resemblance to the original Star Wars movie logo. Like Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and the rest, YouView is also battling an evil empire – except with bigger satellites and five sports channels in high definition.
