This blue is a pretty big one. Both sides, one more than the other, are well placed after nine rounds. A win for the Victory would keep tabs on Perth; a win for Sydney would cement their place in the top six. It’s the best attack in the game (Melbourne) against the best defence (Sydney). Last time it was 0-0, the only time the Victory have been held scoreless this campaign. After 31 editions of The Big Blue, things couldn’t be tighter. It’s nine wins apiece with 13 draws.
