The Newcastle Jets will take on Perth Glory in Coffs Harbour on Tuesday April 13 as the club looks to increase its footprint in northern NSW.
The match is the last of three straight home games in eight days for the Jets.
They host Western United at McDonald Jones Stadium on Eastern Monday, meet Victory at the same venue on Saturday, April 15, before travelling up the motorway to Coffs Harbour.
"We have a big catchment area to look after," Jets general manager Lawrie McKinna said. "There are 60,000 plus registered footballers in our region and we have formed great relationship with the federations up the coast.
"We played a friendly game against Brisbane in Coffs Harbour in the pre-season. Their council was great to work with and it is just a great facility."
Jets members will receive entry to the game. The refurbished stadium has a capacity of 10,000.
"With three home games in eight days we thought it was an opportunity to service those regions," McKinna said. "We notice when there are back to back games at McDonald Jones Stadium it impacts on the crowd. At full capacity Coffs Harbour can hold 10,000. It is school holidays so we will be hoping for a strong turnout."
It is the second A-League game the Jets have taken to Coffs Harbour.
They went down 2-1 to a Tim Cahill-led Melbourne City in front 7,745 fans on November 10, 2016.
Bruno Fornaroli scored both of City's goals.
