A Knicks scout will be at Game 4 between Warriors and Rockets

As if the rumors surrounding Kevin Durant weren’t already enough, there will be an unexpected visitor in Houston for Game 4 of the Warriors second-round series with the Houston Rockets.

Columnist Dieter Kurtenbach got a hold of the media seating chart for tonight’s game, and in seat 16 there will be a New York Knicks scout.

There are other free agents coming up this summer playing in tonight’s game, so it’s not absolutely clear that whoever is coming is there for Durant, but with everything that’s been going on this season, and with what all that speculation has led to, the Knicks had to know that this was going to draw some eyeballs.

Durant has made it abundantly clear that he just wants to focus on basketball until the season is over, but that hasn’t stopped the questions and speculation about where he will land next summer. And things like this are only adding fuel to the fire.
