A.J. Green volunteers in Dayton tornado relief effort

Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver A.J. Green spent Sunday helping locals impacted by the Memorial Day tornadoes in the Dayton Ohio area.

According to WHIO7 TV, Green was at Corinthian Baptist Church helping dole out supplies to residents who were hit by the severe storms.

“He was so gracious and humble” resident Maria Books said. “As a lifetime Bengals fan, I was elated to meet him.”

Kudos goes to Green for helping out, as 15 total tornadoes touched down during the holiday storms, causing extensive damage and producing a four-day boil order.

Amelia Robinson of WHIO7 TV detailed ways to help with tornado relief.
