A hugely popular item is returning to the KFC menu this month

The popular popcorn chicken sharing bucket is returning to KFC this month.

From August 24 fans of the fast food chain can get their hands on the 80-piece bucket for six weeks.

Plus if you purchase the bucket at one of KFC's chains then you can get 50% off as part of the government's Eat Out To Help Out scheme.

The popcorn chicken bucket is priced at £5.99, which is what you'll pay for takeout, drive thru or delivery but if you choose to eat in between Monday and Wednesday you'll pay £2.99.

The 50% discount will only work for the first week the bucket is back as the government scheme is set to end in September.

But if you still want to get some discount during the following five weeks on the popcorn chicken bucket any part of the KFC menu you can.

If you order a KFC for delivery through Just Eat you can receive up to £10 off. To get this you just have to make your order through TopCashback.

It's valid to new customers who sign up to TopCashback, then order a KFC through Just Eat. If you order up to £10 worth of food you'll get it all for free, or if you order more than £10 you'll only pay the extra.

You can sign up to TopCashback here and then order your KFC for delivery, as it's not valid on drive thru or eating in.
