Residents of Edinburgh's Southside are about to have all their house plant dreams come true as a brand new plant shop is set to open on Buccleuch Street next to the Meadows this month.
GREEN. MEADOWS have been teasing pictures of their new premises' revamp over the last few days and it looks like we have yet another excuse to turn our homes into jungles - after all, there's no such thing as too many house plants.
The new store describes itself as 'a modern take on a tropical plant shop with social and environmental sustainability at its centre' on Instagram and will be opening on October 19th.

Scottish supplier Pimp Up Your Plants confirmed that their technicoloured hand-painted pots will be stocked at the store and GREEN have shared an image of sustainability focused stockist Minimum Design who create pots made from bio-plastic (cornstarch) and recycled wood.
They'll also be selling incredible upside down planters from Boskke - which allow forgetful plant owners to water their plants less (sign us up).
