Get ready to party (safely) this summer as a Shangri-La open air dance party is taking place at Cardiff Castle this August.
The dance event organiser is putting on the dance music gig, with a whole host of DJs on Saturday, August 21.
Taking place from 2pm to 10.30pm, it will be a dream weekend for dance music lovers who thought they'd have to wait until September 25 for a Shangri-La event.
The autumn dance event will take place at Depot and will celebrate 10 years of Shangri-La events in Cardiff.
There's no word on the full line-up yet, but those wishing to know more about tickets and updates can find out here.
Early bird tickets are on sale from Wednesday, April 21 and prices start at £30.
Alongside the DJ and dance music event, Cardiff Castle is also hosting Foals and Kaiser Chiefs in August, you can read more on that here.
The man behind Shangri-la's event, Nick Saunders, said: "We're feeling positive and optimistic about events this August. Shangri-La Open Air adds to the list of events already planned with FOALS and Depot in the Castle the week before."
Shangri-La is a club event that started 10 years ago and has seen global artists like Duke Dumont and Pete Tong headline and in the planning Covid safety protocols will be incorporated into the event's as Shangri-La finalises their plans for Cardiff Castle.
