Georgia Bulldogs receiver Lawrence Cager missed the second half of the South Carolina game and the game against Kentucky the following week. Jake Fromm and the offense have missed him dearly. What separated Cager is his ability to win 50-50 catches. The Miami Hurricanes transfer does not have to get much separation in order to secure big catches like he did against Notre Dame:

Cager gives Fromm a target on the outside that he trusts. Last time Georgia faced off against Florida, the Dawgs struggled in the red zone. Georgia couldn’t punch it in from the goal-line, but J.J. Holloman came up huge with two touchdown catches. Cager will need to have a similar game for the Bulldogs this round in Jacksonville.
