A Glasgow family support service have made an urgent appeal for kid clothes donations

A Glasgow family support service are in desperate need of kids clothing.

Glasgow's No.1 Baby and Family Support Service are appealing for folks to donate clothes suitable for children aged three to 16.

The charity, based in Forge Street, provides clothing and goods to people in poverty or hardship in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

City centre noodle bar Ramen Dayo set to close with immediate effect 

Speaking on behalf of the charity, Carol Ann McGurk said: "We've got an appeal on for kids aged between four and eight but we are really looking for any age up to 16 just now.

"We need season appropriate clothing like t-shirts, shorts, zippers, hoodies, leggings for wee girls and lightweight jackets. Anything that children would wear."

If you would like to donate to the support service, you can bring goods to 261 Forge Street, G21 2AR.

You can donate on weekdays from 10.30am - 2.30pm.
