You knew this was going to happen when Jon Heyman tweeted that Arson Judge — not Aaron Judge — “appear[ed] head to” the San Francisco Giants last December.
Well, Aaron — not Arson — ended up re-signing with the New York Yankees on a massive deal, stunning Giants fans who thought there might be a glimmer of hope that the slugger would sign with the team he grew up rooting for.
But the meme hasn’t stopped since, and now the Giants are visiting the Yankees on Opening Day 2023.
