A further seven people have died in Greater Manchester's hospitals after testing positive for coronavirus.
The region's hospital death toll has now reached 5,639, the latest NHS England figures show
Three new deaths were recorded by Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and two at Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
Bolton NHS Foundation Trust and Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust recorded one more death each.

Nationally, a further 204 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 83,733.
Patients were aged between 32 and 100 years old. All except 7 (aged 63 to 88 years old) had known underlying health conditions.
Date of death ranges from January 2 to March 2 with the majority being on or after February 27.
