A furious Dodgers fan threw his Clayton Kershaw jersey onto the field during the game

Los Angeles Dodgers fans were understandably devastated after Wednesday’s Game 5 loss to the Nationals in the NLDS.

This was a team that cruised through the regular season, won 106 games and positioned itself for a World Series run. So yeah, Dodgers fans had every right to be upset when the team collapsed to lose Game 5. But some fans were really fed up — like, too fed up.

We already saw Dodgers fans have cars run over a Clayton Kershaw jersey in the Dodger Stadium parking lot, but one fan apparently couldn’t wait to get rid of his Kershaw threads.

Shortly after the Dodgers ace gave up the tying back-to-back home runs, a fan in the stands ran down to the first row and threw his Kershaw jersey onto the field.

He had some words for the Dodgers before making his way up to the concourse.

I get it — losing is the worst. But the only message this guy is sending by throwing a jersey away is that he’s OK with getting rid of a $100-plus article of clothing.

That’ll show ’em.
