A fantasy cabinet

Today is 11Million Takeover Day when children and young people will be stepping into adults' shoes to help run over 400 organisations across England.

The children's secretary, Ed Balls, has gamely offered to hand over his job to a youngster for the day, along with staff at Manchester United, the BBC, firefighters and local councillors. It's all down to the children's tsar, Al Aynsley Green, who's also handing over his powers for the day.

But what kind of character would make the best fantasy children's secretary? And who could step into the shoes of the rest of the cabinet?

What about replacing Balls with that ballsy schoolgirl Tracy Beaker, who could offer profound insights into life in care. She'd have to be joined by Dora the Explorer as foreign secretary and Harry Potter as education secretary - so every school could be as magical as Hogwarts.

The Artful Dodger seems a shoo-in as chancellor. While Bob the Builder would surely be first choice for housing minister. Can he fix the affordable homes crisis? Yes he can.

But which children's character would make the best fantasy prime minister?
