A drive-thru barbecue is popping up near the Trafford Centre this summer - but there'll be no pork sausages or beef burgers in sight.
The meat-free ‘Barbe-thru’, a UK first, will be taking over Secret City for three days in August, serving plant-based food straight off the grill.
The first 50 customers to visit each day between August 9 and 11 will receive a free barbecue dish.

And anyone passing through emissions-free will get 50 per cent off their order, including bicycles, e-scooters, and electric cars - that Tesla just paid for itself!
Customers will be able to park up or sit at picnic benches to enjoy plant-based flavours fresh off the grill – including a ‘Katsu dog’ and loaded fries.
The Barbe-thru is the brainchild of Meatless Farm, a plant-based meat production company started up in 2016.

Following the success of the first ever plant-based drive-thru last summer in London, fans demanded a second one up north, closer to Meatless Farm’s base in Leeds.
Last year’s offerings included a meatless spin on the McMuffin, with a Meatless Farm sausage patty, and ‘The Greta’, a meatless burger with aubergine candy bacon named after, well, you can probably guess.
Morten Toft Bech, founder of Meatless Farm, said: "We want to show people they can still fire up and enjoy delicious barbecue foods without meat, so it becomes a preference rather than an option.
"Taking small steps to eating less meat can make a big difference towards building a more sustainable planet."
The three-day takeover will also include DJ sets to combine ‘summer beats and meat free eats.’
Morten added: "Our Meat Free Barbe-thru is serving up a double helping of bangers from both the grill and DJ to celebrate the summer and bring people back together after a challenging year."
