Business owner Marcus Ackford, explained what you can expect at a session: "A crazy, fun, social doggy day. I think a lot of people are surprised how well behaved their dogs are when around other dogs and off the lead doing what they want.

"There's a photographer to capture some memories of the day for you, opportunities to browse local dog related business trade stands, time to chat with other dog owners, lots of props and toys for your pooch to play with and photo ops, simply a fun few hours with your dog and fellow dogs & owners."

Each sausage dog will enjoy free personalised unlimited "Puppucinnos" and enter into competitions for the best dressed and sassiest pups.

Every Pup Up Cafe has a different special guest with some potential examples already teased.

Marcus said: "We've had many different trade stands come along, from a local artist drawing 5 minute pet portraits for the day, a dog first aid specialist spreading awareness, a Sausage Dog Sanctuary boarding for Dachshunds, lots of breed specific charities along to Long Dog Gin selling gin branded on their sausage dogs!"

Beside the special guest, there will also be plenty of doggie games for your four legged friend from with ball pits and tunnels being a few to choose from.

There will be a photographer taking photos and videos which will then be available on the Pup Up Cafe page.

Since starting the business in January 2019 demand has grown rapidly. The organisation now runs Pup Up Cafe's all over the country including Frenchie and French Bulldog parties, events for Pugs and soon to be Poodle & Doodle Cafes!'

Marcus is often in Liverpool as he "really loves it" and "enjoys spending time in Liverpool," so he was particularly keen to return his event to the city.
