A cyclist has died after being involved in a collision with a car in Bury.
Emergency services rushed to the scene in Manchester Road, Whitefield, at about midday on Sunday.
The 53-year-old man had been riding a bicycle when it collided with a Ford Fiesta turning right from the junction with Sunny Bank Road.
He sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where he died on Monday (January 27).

His next of kin has been informed of his death and officers are supporting them, GMP say.
The Ford driver stopped at the scene following the crash. No arrests have been made.
Police have launched an investigation into the man's death and are now appealing for information about the incident, which saw Manchester Road closed in both directions for several hours.
An eyewitness shared an image with the M.E.N of an air ambulance that landed in a patch of grass nearby.
PC Suzanne Keenan, of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “As our investigation progresses, our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the cyclist who sadly lost his life in hospital yesterday.
“I would like to appeal for anyone with information or dash cam footage from the area at the time of the collision to contact us as soon as possible as we believe they may be able to assist officers with their enquiries”.
