You're not short of top class cocktail bars and restaurants in Edinburgh - but what about a spot that offers both.
Hemingway's is The Shore's newest restaurant and bar. The cool new spot has an incredible cocktail and food menu and is even dog-friendly.
The retro bar is full of quirky features, including a swinging chair seat and vintage library wallpaper that gives the place an air of mystery and intrigue.
In fact, it seems like the exact kind of place Ernest Hemingway himself may have gone to find inspiration for a novel.
The food menu features small plates, planks and flatbreads, with a delicious offering that includes halloumi chips, fried calamari, chorizo flatbreads and much more.
Their signature cocktails also sound delicious, with The Sun Also Rises catching our attention - made with fortleza tequila, coconut water, cream of coconut, alunacoconut rum, charred pineapple reduction, lime, smoked pineapple salt rim.
