A Bruno Mars tribute act from Swansea gets a date on Take Me Out

A Bruno Mars tribute act from Swansea has got himself a date on Take Me Out.

Martin Kurina, who works in Debenhams in the Quadrant shopping centre, appeared on the ITV dating show on Saturday night.

After coming down the lift dancing to Despacito, he managed to bag himself a date to the infamous isle of Fernando's.

During the second round of the show, the shop worker described himself as a "fun, outgoing and positive guy" and initially rated himself a ten out of ten before dropping to a more modest nine.

He said that when it comes to looking for a partner he has always gone for looks "but if the personality isn't there then she's like gone-off cheese", which prompted a number of girls to turn their lights off.

The self-confessed Bruno Mars fan was seen dancing through Swansea's city centre and even revealed that he can speak six different languages.

Martin returned for the final round dressed as his "inspiration" Bruno Mars as he belted out 'Uptown Funk' in a bid to impress the women.

There were a number of women with their lights still on for the Swansea boy and he whittled it down to just two before eventually picking Shan.

But not before he made them both show him their best dance moves.
