Liverpool is welcoming a brand new food festival this summer called the Taste of Liverpool.
From August 31 to September 1, St Luke’s Bombed Out Church will host the event, where visitors will get the chance to sample dishes from some of Liverpool’s most popular restaurants.
Visitors will get the chance to meet with their favourite restaurateurs, finding out more about them and sampling taster portions of their best dishes.
There will also be a range of bars serving local beers, cocktails, and soft drinks, as well as a bottle shop to sample and purchase locally crafted beers and spirits.
Sample dishes will cost between £1 and £4, with the aim of allowing visitors to sample a greater number of stalls.
Already confirmed to be attending are Dramshop and Berry Street favourite Chamber 36.
