A Boston Bruins fan sitting near the glass had a hilarious wipeout while celebrating goal

The Boston Bruins struck first in their Eastern Conference Final with the Carolina Hurricanes, winning Game 1, 5-2, in front of a fiery crowd at the Boston Garden.

One fan will never forget this game, as he seemed to actually take flight after the Bruins’ first goal that came in the first period.

Bruins defenseman Steven Kampfer opened the scoring with his first goal of the playoffs when he found the back of the net through a bit of a screen.

He then skated full speed to the glass to celebrate with teammates and fans and it appeared like one fan wasn’t ready for it because this guy in a Bruins jersey took a bit of a fall:

Gotta think some overpriced beers helped cushion that fall.

Here was the goal that opened the scoring and sent that guy flying:

Game 2 is Sunday. Hopefully that guy can ice up and be ready for it.
