Newcastle United's new coaching team are determined to bring out the best in the club's £40million man Joelinton.
Incoming head coach Eddie Howe was taken aback by the Brazilian's physical presence and fitness stats in training last week and made sure he was one of the first players on the team sheet in the 3-3 draw with Brentford.
Joelinton responded with a man of the match display and his first goal of the season against the Bees.

He is now expected to start again away to Arsenal this weekend for the big clash in the capital.
At one stage it looked like Newcastle were going to have to take drastic action on Joelinton as they struggled to coax performances from the South American forward.
But Toon coach Jason Tindall said he will have a big part to play going forward, when asked about Joelinton the former Bournemouth player said: "We’ve seen the quality he has.
"He’s going to be a big player for us."
Joelinton's strike was only his 11th for the club since arriving from Hoffenheim but the issues against the Bees were at the other end last weekend - something that needs to be addressed for the encounter at the Emirates Stadium.
The defensive leaks were not lost on Tindall, he said: "We’ll look at those collectively and individually, and we’ll need to put them right on the training ground.
"Once we’ve given the feedback to the players, all preparation and focus goes to Arsenal."
