A big character’s reappearance in ‘The Mandalorian’ has Star Wars fans freaking out

WARNING: BIG SPOILER ALERT ABOUT THE MANDALORIAN COMING BELOW. DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN’T WATCHED CHAPTER 14 OF THE SERIES.

Ready?

Seriously ready?

OK.

“Chapter 14: The Tragedy,” the latest episode of The Mandalorian, was a rough one for Mando and Baby Yoda Grogu.

The latter was eventually taken by Moff Gideon after a huge fire fight, and the former not only lost the child who he’s been keeping safe all this time, but his ship — the Razor Crest — was blown up.

But Mando will have some help in getting Grogu back. Because, as we all figured out from the Season 2 premiere, none other than Boba Fett returned. In Season 1, there were also some clues.

But in Chapter 14, Boba’s return was blown wide open. First, his ship, Slave I, appeared.

Then, Boba told Mando he wanted his old armor back and eventually ended up with it … and the old Boba Fett was back.

Star Wars fans reacted appropriately:

Yep. Awesome. And now, as he told Mando, he’s going to help get Grogu back. So there’s more Boba in Boba’s old armor to come.
