Police are appealing for information about a pensioner who has been missing for over three weeks. Concerns are growing for the well-being of 78-year-old Roger Simons, who has not been seen since being reported missing from Glynneath on Wednesday, May 18.
Mr Simons is described as being about 6ft tall and of a slight build. Police also say he usually wears a baseball or bobble hat and often wears a distinctive high-vis jacket.
Since their initial appeal, South Wales Police have received numerous calls and reports relating to Mr Simons, and are now examining a number of different lines of enquiry. Officers are also now appealing directly to those who may know the 78-year-old to come forward.

A spokeswoman for the force said: "Roger Simons, 78, is still missing from his home in Glynneath and officers are increasingly concerned for his wellbeing. Mr Simons was reported missing on Wednesday, May 18, and has not been seen since. If you have seen him or know where he may be please contact us."
Inspector Dean Morgan added: "We are really grateful to the community for the calls and online reports we have received so far in response to our previous appeal. As a result we are examining numerous different lines of inquiry. I would like to appeal directly to anyone who may have known Roger who hasn't already come forward to do so. I understand people may be reluctant but I would like to reassure you that we are only concerned in piecing together as much information about Roger, and his lifestyle, as possible in order to open up new lines of enquiry as to where he may be.”
