A 42-year-old Newport man is missing with his orange camper van

A 42-year-old man from Newport has gone missing - along with his orange camper van.

Police are appealing for information to help them locate missing Billy Price, who was last seen in the Rhiwderin area of the city.

He was last seen on Saturday, February 22, and was reported missing on Monday, February 24.

Gwent Police believe Mr Price - who is from Newport, and was last seen wearing a checked shirt - is driving an orange camper van and could have gone as far as the Wiltshire area.

A spokesman for Gwent Police said: "We’re appealing for information to help locate 42-year-old Billy Price from the Newport area.

"Billy is described as being white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.

"He was last known to be wearing beige coloured chino trousers, a black and white checked shirt, a navy bomber jacket and brown Timberland boots."

They added: "Billy was last seen in the Rhiwderin area on February 22, and reported as missing to police on February 24.

"Billy is driving an orange camper van and enquiries so far indicate that he could be in the Chippenham, Wiltshire area."

Anyone with information relating to Billy’s whereabouts is asked to call Gwent Police on 101 quoting reference number 2000068433.
