A £20,000 house and other bargain property buys across Nottinghamshire

Bidders seeking a residential bargain are expected to be competing for a range of houses across Nottinghamshire appearing at Bond Wolfe’s next livestreamed auction on Wednesday, March 30 at 9am. One extremely tempting guide price of just £20,000+ for a two-bedroomed, semi-detached house is one of the houses available in Worksop.

It stands flush to the pavement with two reception rooms and a kitchen downstairs, a landing leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and an attic room on the second floor. There is other seemingly great value to be found with a three-bedroomed, mid-terraced property in Kitchener Drive, Mansfield, which has a guide price of £25,000+.
