Sept. 12--A tree-trunk floor in the den, a fireplace in the entry and a one-time opium room over the master bedroom are among features at Bella Vista, which was built for early filmmaker King Vidor. The director-producer-screenwriter sold the 1920s home to actor John Barrymore, who bridged the silent and talking film eras, and lived at what is known as the Barrymore Estate until his death in 1942.
