Black Friday may have officially been and gone for 2025 but there are still plenty of fantastic deals on golf equipment right now. I have created a dedicated Black Friday golf deals hub where you peruse the best deals at your own leisure, or you can let us help guide you through the journey by keeping up to date with all the latest offers we have spotted with our Live Blog below. As mentioned there are some excellent deals out there already, including noticeable discounts on TaylorMade Qi10 clubs, and a whole range of golf shoe deals from top brands.
Additionally there are plenty of deals in the golf tech sector with plenty of rangefinder and launch monitor deals and I am very pleased to see that there is the return of the Titleist Pro V1 Holiday Box deal as well, of which you can find in the balls section below.

Good afternoon all
Hello it is Sam Tremlett here and welcome to Golf Monthly's coverage of Black Friday for 2025. Over the next few days we will bring you all the deals on products we have tested and know to be good.
Some top tips to find the best deals
1. Do research beforehand and make a list
I always say to people, know what you want to buy before going into the shopping event, or during the event itself. That means putting in some research on the golf equipment you want so you know prices, discounts, specs, reviews and specific models in and out. That way you can be focused on the day and not have to waste time. This will also give you knowledge on what is actually a good deal.
2. Set a budget
On Black Friday it is easy to spend too much or buy things you don't actually need so I tell people to set yourself a proper budget and stick to it. And similar to that point, do not panic buy!
3. Don't limit yourself to Amazon
Of course there will be a lot of focus on Amazon during the shopping events but definitely don't limit yourself to just one retailer as we often notice other retailers like PGA TOUR Superstore, Walmart, Rock Bottom Golf and Scottsdale Golf doing sales of their own.
4. Price check everything
I really think this is one of the most important things to do when shopping in sales events. I recommend price checking something across several retailers to see if the price is actually good, or if you can get it lower somewhere else. This does require having a number of tabs open.
That being said price checking on Amazon is quite easy. I use CamelCamelCamel, a website that price checks millions of items sold on Amazon, a lot. The website tracks price lows, so if the item you're looking at was cheaper at some other point, you'll be able to see the price difference.
5. Watch out for shady reviews
This is something to be aware of. On retailers like Amazon there are a lot of reviews that are not legitimate, and whilst Amazon has removed a lot of bogus reviews, there are so many that not all of them can be. So I recommend just keeping your eyes out for reviews that seem a bit fishy. At Golf Monthly we literally only write about products we have tested ourselves so we always make sure we have a link to our review somewhere on the page.
Some top sales from top brands for you
- Callaway: $100 discounts on Elyte equipment
- TaylorMade: Shop unique collections here
- Vessel: 20% off sitewide until December 1st
- PXG: $100 off Black Ops Drivers
- Stewart Golf: Up to 60% off sitewide
- Big Max: Black Friday deals on stand and cart bags
Callaway Elyte's on offer
We rarely see a driver released in one year, and get discounted but here we are. The excellent Elyte drivers from Callaway have significant dollars off at the moment.
A level of deal we rarely see

It is easy to get lost in all the deals right now but I have just spotted one that rarely comes about because the Garmin R50 Launch Monitor is a brand new bit of tech that elevates the bar of what a monitor can do. The feature list is incredible so I would recommend looking up the review I've linked to below, but as of right now you can get 10% off now.
It's back! The Pro V1 Holiday deal returns
Once again we rarely see a deal of this level, the Titleist Pro V1 is currently discounted by $10 on two dozen balls in the Holiday Pack sale. Obviously the Pro V1 is at the top end of the performance spectrum and this continues with the 2025 model which came oh so close to a perfect five stars in our testing.
My favorite shoe deal so far

There are a lot, and I mean A LOT of golf shoe deals right now and my absolute favorite is the S2G from adidas. Even at a full RRP I think it offers good value because it comes in around the one hundred dollar mark, but at the moment you can get as much as 52% off! When you consider the versatility of the shoe, the value here is hard to beat.
Three top-notch laser deals for you
Like shoes, there are a whole load of laser rangefinder deals as well, at a variety of price points. I have picked out three of my favorites below, with the Bushnell being the pick of the bunch. It is undoubtedly one of the best rangefinders on the market and the GolfBuddy/Blue Tees models performed well for us in testing as well.
I actually use this laser during every round and it's 20% off

If you are in the market for a budget-friendly laser then I've got a top pick for you. The Voice Caddie Laser Fit rangefinder usually comes with an RRP around the two hundred dollar mark but for Black Friday you can get 20% off taking it to $160. This makes the value even greater given how good this model is. In fact this Amazon deal is actually the cheapest I have ever seen this model as well.
Another excellent launch monitor deal for you
Earlier I wrote about the Garmin R50 being on offer and now the Full Swing Kit model has $1,000 off as well which is an awesome discount, especially when you consider this is the model that Tiger Woods uses.
Titleist Stand Bags Now On Sale
Given the sales, now is a great time to treat yourself to a new golf bag. Titleist deliver some of the best on the market and the three below are some of the best we've seen thus far.
Premium TaylorMade Golf Balls Discounted
It isn't only the Pro V1 on offer before Black Friday. The TP5 and TP5x are two of the Best TaylorMade golf balls and are trusted by the likes of Rory McIlroy on the PGA TOUR. If he can trust them, so can you and I.
The Best Garmin Products Have Money Off Ahead Of Black Friday
We love our gadgets here at Golf Monthly - whether it's the best golf rangefinders, watches or golf GPS, chances are Garmin have one, if not the best one on the market. If you go straight to their website you can make the most of their early Black Friday sale.

The Most Popular 'Used' Driver of 2025 Is Actually on Sale Brand New
Our driver tester Joe Ferguson has found one of his favorite drivers in recent memory on sale - it's so popular that it's been the most sold used driver on the second hand market but thanks to the Black Friday sales, you don't need to buy it second hand.

Limited Edition Drivers At PGA TOUR Superstore
Here's a left field option for those who want to express themselves a bit, but also want one of the best golf drivers on the market. We wrote a few days ago about the 6 Best Limited Edition Drivers On Sale, so I've included two of them below.
I'll try my best not to make a bad camouflage joke when talking about this driver, but it's hard to see anything I dislike about the 'Sandstorm' version of the Callaway Elyte driver. The brand say this limited edition club is "a bold blend of precision, style, and performance, built to be an unstoppable force on the course". It's a particularly good fit for those who have served in the military or could prove an excellent Christmas present given the holiday season is fast approaching. Not only is it a great looking driver, it's a high performing one thanks to high levels of forgiveness and a lovely feel. In the run up to Black Friday, PGA TOUR Superstore have slashed over $100 off the price.

Released for the Ryder Cup in September, I'm honestly surprised there isn't more of a discount on the Team USA version of the Qi35 given the result.... Jokes aside, you can get your hands on either a USA or Europe version of the Qi35 to really show off your team allegiances on the first tee. All the same tech remains - the two adjustable weights in the sole, the multi-material construction as a fourth-generation carbon twist face. All of this is wrapped in a new patriotic makeover. It's a bold aesthetic redesign of one of the best TaylorMade drivers. Like the blackout version above, buying now will save you $100.

Signing Off For The Evening - See You Tomorrow!
Ok folks, I'm off to watch the Cowboys v Chiefs game, but we'll be back with you tomorrow documenting all the best deals - we'll see a lot more drop tomorrow, make sure you don't miss out!
Hello and good morning
Well the day is officially finally here and over the next few days I (Sam Tremlett - Senior Ecom Editor), will be bringing you the best deals in my opinion to help you get the best golf gear, at good prices.
Some of the best work from Golf Monthly so far

Diving a little deeper on shoes here
Every year I think the golf shoe deals seem to get better and better on Black Friday. In 2025 some of the best models we have tested have got sizeable discounts, and these are from big brands as well like adidas, FootJoy and Under Armour as you can see below.
Another top shoe deal for you

Alternatively if you are a fan of Ecco then I recommend taking a look at this deal on the H4 shoes. I tested these a while ago and they remain ultra-comfortable. Obviously with Ecco the look may divide opinion, but the performance is excellent and looks are subjective anyway.
Top tip for finding good prices
Price check everything!
Pro V1s still on offer
I was not expecting this deal to still be around if I'm being honest. We rarely see any deal whatsoever on the Titleist Pro V1 and also the Pro V1x but right now you can get two dozen for around the 100 dollar mark which equates to $10 off. I know, that seems like a modest number but the rarity of seeing a discount on this type of product makes it worth it in my opinion, especially when you consider the market-leading performance you will get.
Some more top tips for you (which sound obvious but I promise they're not!)
1. Do research beforehand and make a list
Put simply I always say to people, know what you want to buy before going into the shopping event, or during the event itself.
Additionally many specific brands have sales on such as Callaway, Sun Day Red, Malbon and so many more. So definitely have a scour around.
Some top UK deals
A lot of the time I can be guilty of focusing too much on the US but there are actually a good number of deals in the UK as well so I am taking the opportunity to shout about those now. The Elyte Mini driver deal in particular is great to see as that came out in 2025 whilst the Garmin watch and GolfBuddy rangefinder deals are pretty significant as well, putting them around the £100 mark.
Some more Garmin deals
Garmin is a high quality brand for golf equipment so it is fantastic to see more golf deals on their products. For example the Z30 laser, S70 watch and the R10 launch monitor all have varying discounts at the moment, and we can attest the performance across all three is very good.
Got a golf trip planned? Get yourself a travel bag
When it comes to golf holidays the one non-negotiable accessory for me is a travel bag. If I am giving my pride and joys to a heavy handed luggage handler, I want to know my clubs are safely cocooned from damage, and a travel bag is the way to do so. At Golf Monthly we have tested a fair few models, including the three below which are all reduced with good discounts.
Final bit of UK deal love here - golf balls
One last post about UK deals from me, and I have to reference golf balls. This is a popular category over Black Friday and there are plenty of deals at retailers like Scottsdale Golf and Clubhouse Golf at the moment, on well-known brands like Callaway, Srixon and Wilson.
A few sales worth shouting about here that you may not have seen
I've said this a lot but it can be easy to lose track of all the deals, sales and discount numbers right now but to help out a bit I have included some sales below you may not have seen in the golf apparel sector. Obviously we at Golf Monthly have tested all these brands as well as part of our testing days so we aren't recommending rubbish here!
- Sun Day Red: Up to 50% off select items
- Johnnie-O: 25% off $200+, 35% off $300+
- B.Draddy: 30% off sitewide
- Malbon: Up to 60% off archive sale
- Lululemon: Huge Black Friday sale
Handing over to my colleague Sam De'Ath now
Don't fret though I will be back in a few hours and more importantly, Sam D is a much better golfer than me. As a gear tester on our team, Sam gets his hands on a lot of equipment, and knows what's good and what isn't. Therefore I will leave you in his capable hands.
Good Morning Everyone!
As Sam T mentioned, I'm part of the equipment testing team and so I get my hands on all of the best golf gear to give you guys my honest thoughts.
One of the first deals that caught my eye this year is on the Callaway CB wedge. If you struggle with consistency with your short game, this cavity back wedge with wide sole will definitely help with those short game woes.
However, if you're short game is sharp and you are after a more bladed style wedge, you're also in luck as there's plenty of money to be saved on some of the best wedges on the market.
Check out the best prices below!
We're Starting Off Strong With The Deals Today...
The Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x are often seen as the gold standard when it comes to premium golf balls and are basically never on sale.
So whenever there is any discount on these golf balls, no matter how small, we're going to shout about it!
You can now save $10 when purchasing these balls in their respective holiday packs where you'll receive two-dozen balls for under $100.
A Shoe Deal For Everyone
Everyone has a different style they opt for, and you could argue that shoes are what really make an outfit. This Black Friday, there are loads of deals on with footwear, from some of the biggest brands, such as Adidas, FootJoy, Under Armour, Ecco and Nike.

No matter if you're after a spiked classic looking shoe, a more sporty style or a spikeless casual shoe, now is the time to grab a pair while they're on sale!
Golf Trip This Winter?
If you have a golf trip booked soon, Black Friday is the absolute best time to purchase a dedicated golf travel bag. These bags are specifically designed to protect your expensive clubs from damage during air or road travel, thanks to thick padding, reinforced bases, and sturdy wheels.
Bag Boy, Sun Mountain and OGIO are three of the big players in this space, and all have deals on this Black Friday, such as the ones below.
Level Up Your Practice This Winter
If you're a range rat or have a net at home, then the best way to get the most out of your practice is by adding a launch monitor to your practice set up.
Launch monitors are a great way of giving you really valuable club and ball data to help make improvements to your golf swing and game in general.
Below is some of the best deals on launch monitors I've found so far this Black Friday.
Deals Off This Years Drivers?!
Black Friday is the perfect time to finally upgrade to one of the latest drivers. If your driver is over five years old, your likely to see a huge jump in distance and forgiveness from a new model, both of which will help you lower your scores and handicap.
Since top drivers usually cost a decent amount, snagging a current model for hundreds less during the Black Friday sales is the ultimate win-win: maximum distance for minimum dollars. So grab a discount and start bombing your drives!
The Best Fairway Wood Over The Past Three Years Is On Sale!
Want a fairway wood that the absolute best in the world trusted last year? Black Friday is your time to grab the TaylorMade Qi10 fairway wood, which World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and No. 2 Rory McIlroy both had in their bags last year, winning multiple Majors and other signature events.
I found it was a versatile fairway that blends solid distance off the tee with easy, high launch from the fairway, and performed equally as well from the tee. This Black Friday sale is the ideal time to grab yourself a club proven by golf's elite.
Great Deals To Be Had On Package Sets
Forget the stress of matching individual clubs, a package set is the perfect, pre-assembled shortcut to having a nice shiny full set of clubs.
Most package sets will provide you with a driver, irons, putter, and a snazzy bag, all ready to play, and all for about the same price as one of the premium drivers on the market!
If you're new to the game and are looking for a new set of clubs on sale this Black Friday, look no further than the deals listed below.
Passing The Deals On
That's all from me this morning! Hopefully I've helped highlight a few deals that you'll like and may help your game!
We're just getting started though on this Black Friday and the rest of the team will be bringing you the best deals on the blog all day, so stick around!

Hello, Hello
Michael Weston, here. I'm not the Senior e-comm dude (like Sam) but I am a bit of an equipment junkie. I'll be taking over from Sam for a few hours and hunting around for some cracking golf deals for you. So far I've done about $1,000 on Black Friday (air fryer and clothes for the kids). I am now putting my golf hat on... stay with me.
Perfect balls for winter
If you're struggling to find your ball in the winter conditions, now might be a good time to make the switch to a bright (neon) ball. The Vice Pro Plus golf ball is made for the better player who generates a driver clubhead speed in excess of 110 mph. This is a nice little saving on a very good ball.
Let's talk training aids...
More specifically, let's talk nets. We've tested quite a few this year from budget options to premium offerings. One that really impressed Joe Ferguson was the Gagalileo. There are savings to be had pretty much everywhere right now, but this is a really good time to buy that something that might not previously been been near the top of the list, especially a product that's going to help you improve at home.
Have you tried PXG yet?
I hadn't hit a PXG product until a friend of mine recently let me have a go with his driver. I have to say, I was very impressed. The sound was pretty awesome. We've covered drivers in a fair bit of depth already (see above), but a reminder in case you missed it that the Black Ops is currently down to $399.99.
This adi favorite will surely soon be gone!
There's no better time to give someone a nudge to remind them what you want to be opening on the 25th December. Send them the links below to avoid being disappointed on Christmas day.
I'd be all over the shoes market at the moment if I was in need of a new pair - some absolutely belting deals on some really good models. This would be top of my list (I already have a pair).
Do you resent paying so much money for gloves?
Me too. Sadly, that beautiful soft Cabretta leather does come at a price. I'm also guilty of getting every last bit of wear out of a $25 glove. It's almost pathetic how sad and worn my golf gloves look. That will change in 2026. I'm going to get a few of these... only a few bucks off, but the more you buy, the more you save. Top, top glove. I do like myself a Callaway.
Discounted Pro V1s
Three words you don't hear very often. Three words that should encourage you to stock up for 2026. I'd like to tell you that next year is going to be your best season yet, but let's be honest, you're going to lose lots of balls, like you do every year.
I jest - 2026 IS going to be your best season yet - because you're going to play with the No.1 ball in golf. Whether you're buying for yourself, topping up for golf society days or gifting this premium model, you'd do well to get involved with this offer, whilst stocks last.
Take your game to the next level
Give that my clubs subs for 2026 have just arrived, I'll have to park the launch monitor for now. However, when I turn 46 next summer, I'll be asking my wife to at least consider buying me the Garmin Approach R10 - which currently has a massive 33% off.
We've tested model - it's really rather good.
Lasers heavily discounted - very heavily discounted!
Did we mention just how many lasers have had their prices slashed this Black Friday? I've been playing with a Blue Tees Series 3 Max+ rangefinder for a couple of months now. It's somewhat galling to see nearly $60 off the price. Hey ho.
PGA Tour domination

The TaylorMade Qi10 fairway wood has dominated on the PGA Tour in 2025, being a part of 20 PGA Tour victories this season.
It's clear to see why, as it was extremely forgiving on low-struck shots, as well as producing a powerful, towering ball flight. You can grab it with various discounts this Black Friday!
Music on the course?
It's a topic that divides opinion - music on the golf course - but this speaker from Bushnell can be used both on and off it, with it coming in at a 41% discount!
Not just Amazon where you can find deals...
Along with Amazon, there are other several websites and retailers that have offers available, with one of those being PGA TOUR Superstore, where you can find the best golf gear at reduced rates.
For this deal, you can grab two dozen of the Srixon Z-Star Diamond for $70, which equates to under $3 a golf ball, which is an excellent offer considering it's a premium offering used on the professional circuits.
Our Deputy Editor, Joel Tadman, called this model "incredibly underrated" and we feel it's one of the best golf ball deals you'll find this weekend.
After some golf shoes?
Our resident shoe expert has been on the look-out for golf footwear and, this Black Friday, he has found 5 of his favorite models on offer.
Among them include models from adidas, FootJoy and Under Armour, with some of the best listed below for you to check out...
This has had over 39,000 reviews
Tees are one of the essential products you need in golf and, right now, you can grab 100 PTS Wooden Golf Tees for under $3.
You may not think much of this deal, but it's a perfect time to stock up while you can, especially when you can save 50% for the upcoming winter.
Five star rating at a $150 discount

When it comes to golf equipment, I can't think of many people more knowledgeable than Joe Ferguson, who has spotted this rather excellent deal on a driver he rated five stars.
Given the quality of golf drivers nowadays, it's rare that a big stick receives the perfect score but, in the case of the Ping G430 Max 10K, it managed a five star out of five rating and is now $150 off at PGA TOUR Superstore.
One of the best kids package sets is now 21% off

Golf is becoming more and more popular, with many taking up the game at the turn of the decade.
Because of this, golf package sets are becoming more prominent and, right now, if you want to get your child into the game, this excellent package set from Shorties is now only $150.
Is this the best Tiger Woods video game?
We tested PGA TOUR 2K25 last year and Conor Keenan gave it a smashing review, arguing it's the best Tiger Woods game in many, many years. It's got a nice discount for Black Friday if you want to be the judge yourself.
Black Friday Is The Best Time To Secure A VPN Bargain
Despite the professional golf season being over, our deals expert Paul Brett is already planning 2026 Golf Season Viewing Early thanks to this unmissable offer from NordVPN.
I Think This Is The Best Launch Monitor And Simulator - It's Now Got $500 Off
The landscape of golf simulators is changing rapidly, with more competition leading to both more competition and better prices. One of the most game-changing products in recent memory is the R50, an affordable simulator that shares similar technology with models double or even triple the price. At Amazon, it's got $500 off.

It's Not Just Amazon That Has Deals On Black Friday
Evening all, Dave Usher checking in for the evening shift. Before I get into posting specific deals, don’t forget that Black Friday isn’t just about Amazon and there are deals to be had all over the place. With that in mind here are some handy links to sales from some of the best golf clothing companies.
Sun Day Red: Up to 50% off select items
Johnnie-O: 25% off $200+, 35% off $300+
B.Draddy: 30% off sitewide
Malbon: Up to 60% off archive sale
Lululemon: Huge Black Friday sale
Here's A Great Deal On The Irons I Use
The first deal I'm going to bring to you is one I spotted earlier on my own set of irons. I’ve had the Cobra Darkspeed irons in the bag for 18 months now and I can’t fault them. While I’m a decent ball striker I don’t hit my irons particularly far so I tend to go for stronger lofted irons, mainly for ego purposes if I’m being entirely honest. When your playing partners are hitting nine iron into a par three and you’re having to hit a six it can be tough, but with stronger lofted clubs your nine iron is almost like a seven.
Where the Darkspeed differs from other strong lofted irons I’ve used is that they don’t have that chunky look about them and are quite streamlined. They look fantastic in the bag and the performance is exceptional. You can pick up a set for under five hundred dollars right now, so if you’re a shortish hitter thinking of investing in new, great looking, forgiving irons, look no further!

Step Out In Style With These Stunning Shoes From Footjoy
Everyone knows that Footjoy is the leading name when it comes to golf shoes, but not all Footjoy shoes are created equal. They come in all shapes and sizes and styles, but for me it’s designs like the Premiere Series that really separates Footjoy from the rest.
Many golfers prefer the sporty, sneaker type designs these days but if you’re a traditionalist like me, these two models will really get your juices flowing.
A Too Good To Miss Deal On Golf Balls
This is right up there with any deal I’ve seen when it comes to bang for your buck. The Legato LTX3085 is good value even at its full RRP, but honestly, take it from me as someone that tested these golf balls, $28 for a dozen of these is too good a deal to miss.

Full Sets Make Great Christmas Gifts
Christmas is coming and maybe you have a keen new golfer in the family looking to really get into the game fully? Everyone golfer remembers their first set of clubs, and often it will have been a Christmas or birthday present.
You can save a hundred bucks on the Strata mens and women’s sets this Black Friday and these are an ideal gift for Christmas if you know somebody who has just started out on their golf journey and is looking for their first set.
Big Savings On Some Of The Best Drivers
Thinking of treating yourself to a new driver? Now is a good time to do it. With many brands preparing to release their latest offerings in the New Year, there are deals to be had on 2025 models.
One of the most impressive drivers from this year was Callaway Elyte, and you can save $120 on the various models right now.
The standard Elite is an all rounder that will suit a variety of players. The Elyte X is aimed at the higher handicap player who need that little bit of assistance, while the Elyte Triple Diamond is the low spin model that will appeal to the big hitting low handicapper.

Deals On Laser Rangefinders For Varying Budgets
Laser Rangefinders make a golfer’s life much easier. They all essentially serve the same purpose, telling you the exact distance you have to the flag, but there are other features available too depending on how much you want to pay.
Here are three lasers for different budgets. We’ve tested them all and can recommend all three.
Practice At Home This Winter With These Top Launch Monitor Deals
Winter is upon us and for those not fortunate enough to live in warmer climes, getting out on the course can be tricky or even impossible. If you have the budget and the space, practicing indoors can give you your golf fix until the spring. Here are two of the best home launch monitors on sale this Black Friday.

Some Woods For The Brits
For my fellow UK residents who may be looking for a new driver or fairway, here’s some great deals we’ve spotted at various retailers. Personally I’m tempted by the mini driver as I’ve lost all confidence in hitting my 3-wood off the tee on tighter holes.
20% Off L.A.B. Putters
Another UK based deal here where Scottsdale Golf are offering 20% discount on L.A.B. putters, which are becoming a common sight on tour these days. They’ve always been at the higher end of the price scale but their popularity is growing rapidly, and a 20% saving is not to be sniffed at.
Check out the selection here.

A Golf Ball To Help You Hole More Putts
And I’ll sign off tonight with a deal on the golf ball I have switched to this year. The TaylorMade Tour Response is an excellent golf ball in its own right, and well suited to my swing speed which is very much in the mid category these days. It’s the Stripe design that really seals the deal for me though as it’s helped my putting massively.
I’ve always struggled on the greens, especially with shorter putts, but the thick stripe design has gone a long way to solving that for me as it’s made alignment so much easier. The thick line means I can use the shaft of the putter to get my line right, and because I then have full trust that I’m lined up correctly I can then just free my mind of anything else and just stroke the ball.
I can’t see myself ever switching from the golf ball now as it’s been transformational for me.

My top tips for Black Friday
Want to make the most of Black Friday. Here are three tips I would recommend...
Do research beforehand and make a list
Know what you want to buy before going into the shopping event, or during the event itself. That means putting in some research on the golf equipment you want, that way you can be focused on the day and not have to waste time. This will also give you knowledge on what is actually a good deal.
Set a budget
On Black Friday it is easy to spend too much or buy things you don't actually need, so I tell people to set yourself a proper budget and stick to it.
Don't limit yourself to Amazon
Obviously there will be a lot of focus on Amazon during the shopping events but don't limit yourself to just one retailer. Among the ones we'd recommend include PGA TOUR Superstore, Walmart, Rock Bottom Golf and Scottsdale Golf.
One of our favorite adidas shoes is over 50% off

Adidas has numerous deals available on their golf shoes and, among the best we've seen is the adidas S2G SL, which is over 50% off at various retailers.
Apologies for not signing off last night!
Yes I should admit that right away, I was taken in by the Bears-Eagles game and forgot to sign off, but regardless I am back to give you the best deals as Black Friday may be over but there are still plenty of discounts out there.
Some posts that went out overnight
Thought it best this morning to let you know about some posts/deals that went out overnight from our writers. We have a Garmin S12 watch deal which is very good along with Marco Penge's Mizuno driver. Then Dave Usher talks about putters which he seems to enjoy!

Pro V1 deal still live!
Garmin S12 still live as well
This is one of our favorite budget golf watches and it has $50 off right now which is a carry over deal from Black Friday itself. If you value simplicity then this is a model we recommend whole-heartedly.
Handing over to Dan Parker now
I am now handing over to my colleague, kick Point podcast host, and shoe expert Dan Parker now.
Morning all
Happy Saturday! I've not been on this live blog as of yet, so I thought I'd start by sharing some of my favourite deals so far this Black Friday.
I've gone for a brilliant little launch monitor that's ideal for golfers who just want to dip their toes into gathering data on their game, one of the best mid-priced golf balls on the market, and one of my favourite budget laser rangefinders that's now even better value in the Black Friday sale.
Mini driver mania
Mini drivers have been one of the trendiest pieces of golf equipment to launch this year. As an alternative option off the tee (one that's more accurate than a normal driver), my mini driver has solved my long time struggles hitting driver. The heads are a little smaller, as are the shafts, so there's far more control from a full 46 inch, 460cc driver.
There's still only four on market would you believe. The TaylorMade R7 Quad, PXG Secret Weapon, Titleist GT280 and the Callaway Elyte Mini.
If you've been itching to try one, but haven't wanted to fork out the full price, then this deal on Callaway's Elyte Mini might be the perfect time to pounce.
Best Ball Deals
The Srixon AD333 is the everyman golf ball. On a budget, this ball should really suit every type of golfer and performs pretty well in all facets of the game. Annoyingly, the price for these balls have crept up over the last few years. I remember when they were £19.99 a dozen!
Luckily, they're pretty close to that now in the Black Friday sales, so now is a great time to stock up if this is your golf ball of choice.
Cheap bags, even cheaper
I don't mean cheap in a negative sense; these bags are still of decent quality, but even at the sale price, this would be considered one of the lower-priced stand bags on the market. With over £50 off, this bag becomes an even better value proposition.
It's fully waterproof (much needed in the UK at the moment), and has a 7-way divider to offer excellent club storage. If you've been waiting to pull the trigger on a new bag, this weekend is the perfect time.
Holiday essentials
Of on your travels to get some winter sunshine? You'll need a decent travel cover to protect your golf clubs. Sun Mountain's Kube is a clever piece of kit. When you're not using it to travel, it folds into a neat cube shape that takes up significantly less space when storing it away. As an added benefit, it comes with reinforced padding areas around the top of bottom of the bag too.
Shoes, shoes, shoes (or lack thereof)
Frustratingly for me (as a golf shoe reviewer), there aren't many golf shoe deals in the UK for me to shout about. Luckily, one of the few pairs I have found are at one the best prices I've ever seen them at.
The Under Armour HOVR Drive 2 is a spiked, performance golf shoe ideal for all year round. The upper is fully waterproof and, for less than £90, you get a high-performance golf shoe to boot.
Buying for someone else this Christmas?
Golf tech is one the most popular gifts to get for the golfer in your life.
Garmin are one of the most reliable golf tech brands in the business, with a huge range of watches, laser and other GPS devices to choose from. The Approach S12 GPS Watch is now nearly 40% off this Black Friday, at just £109.
Its simple user interface provides clear distances to the front, middle and back of the green as well as hazards, while it also functions as a watch you can use day to day.
Flying into the new year...
New fairway woods from the likes of TaylorMade, Callaway and Cobra are due in the new year, which means old product will be getting heavily discounted in the run up to them being released. One of Cobra's best fairway woods of this decade, Aerojet, is a prime example of that
To know when a fairway wood is actually good, you have to look into the bags of uncontracted golfers. Over recent years, Matt Fitzpatrick and Justin Rose have had the Aerojet fairway wood in their bags. It's fast, forgiving and a good looker too.
If you're looking to upgrade the top end of your bag, and want modern technology at way more than half the price of the original RRP, check this out.
Sam Tremlett back taking over
I am back again to let you know about the discounts over the next three hours. It feels like the deals have been very good this year and pleasingly, despite the Black Friday specific day having been and gone, it looks like the deals have remained
Sam D has just published an excellent piece...

One of our gear testers and certified flusher of the golf ball Sam De'Ath has put a lot of gear to the test over the years, he reckons over 200 clubs and he's obviously hit hundreds of golf balls as well. Given his expertise, he has scoured the best deals and picked out his five favorites from the testing he has done, so you know the products are good...
A couple of top-notch club deals for you
Speaking of Sam's piece, I do recommend going to read it but here are a couple of deals from the post. First the Elyte Triple Diamond driver has got 18% off and the Qi10 fairway wood has 17% off as well. Given how new these clubs are, it is great to see discounts of this size.
A putting mat Sam actually uses on offer

I will continue talking about Sam by saying one of his favorite putting mats is on offer at the moment, going from $490 to $440. That may seem a lot for a putting mat but the tour-grade nylon turf represents real greens superbly well and offers a pure, consistent roll. Sam continues by saying; "all in all I was really impressed with the quality of this mat and there’s no doubt it’s one of the best putting mats that I have used. The sleek, wooden engraved back-stop collects balls without them bouncing back in the way of your next put and gives the mat a premium look to sit nicely in your home or office."
One of the best deals I've spotted so far

I know, you've probably read people saying that a lot over Black Friday but I genuinely think this is one of the top deals from the sale weekend. The Drive Pro SL is one of our absolute favorite shoes from testing and it has a sizeable discount in select sizes and colors.
Two tech deals for you
I haven't posted a tech deal in a while so here you go, one on the Arccos Smart Sensors which could give your game key data and also the Garmin G80, a GPS device that also doubles as a launch monitor if required.
A brilliant watch with 20% off

The Voice Caddie T11 Pro GPS is a feature-rich golf watch offering everything from full-hole mapping to heat-mapped greens and more. Its touchscreen is bright, responsive and easy to use, while the solid build quality makes it equally suitable as an everyday smartwatch.
Some more sales for you to look through
- Sun Day Red: Up to 50% off select items
- Johnnie-O: 25% off $200+, 35% off $300+
- B.Draddy: 30% off sitewide
- Malbon: Up to 60% off archive sale
- Lululemon: Huge Black Friday sale
Two top-notch hybrids with at least 20% off

Handing over to Conor Keenan
Just like that my three hours are up and I am handing over to Conor Keenan who will likely be updating you all on the football scores as well as the golf deals he has spotted over the next three hours as well.
Hello everyone!
Conor here, taking over the blog. How are we?
I somehow still haven't done any shopping yet. The big word in that sentence is 'yet'. Over the next 3 hours I'll be sharing the best deals that have caught my eye over the last few days.
Golf balls to stock up on during the sales
I wrote yesterday that the sales are the perfect time to stock up on golf balls ahead of 2026. It'll save you a lot of money in the long run and although it isn't the most exciting golf purchase in the world, it's one of the smartest you can make this weekend.

Cobra Darkspeed irons discounted, again!
Golf Monthly writer Dave Usher invested in the Darkspeed irons roughly 18 months ago and hasn't looked back. With them now being on sale for Black Friday, he's personally recommending them to golfers who need an update in the iron department.
The Best Cheap Rangefinder?
Want a budget-friendly rangefinder? Well, this device has features of a rangefinder three times the price but is available for less than $70.
Budget rangefinder for our UK readers!
We're aware not all of these deals are available for our loyal UK readership, but one that definitely is on sale is this deal on the impressive Inesis rangefinder.

The comfiest shoe in golf on sale?
The FootJoy Quantum is one of the most comfortable golf shoes on the market. Wearing it is like walking on clouds - not believe me? Try it for yourself - it's on sale!

Winter is the time to work on your clubhead speed
The winter time is the perfect time to work on your game - one thing I'll be doing is working on my clubhead speed with SuperSpeed's speed sticks.
Pleasingly, they've been reduced for Black Friday.

One of the best drivers we've ever tested is on sale!
Driver tester Joe Ferguson described the G430 Max 10K as a 'cheat code' of a driver. It's got $100 off, so there hasn't been a better time to buy.

The Best Putter On The PGA TOUR Uses This Discounted Putter
Our very own Matt Cradock has been crunching the numbers, and they show Sam Burns was the best putter on the PGA TOUR in 2025.
Handy, then, that the putter he uses is on sale at Golf Galaxy. There's $50 Off His Chosen Flatstick.

Conor, signing off
Passing over to Michael Weston for the next few hours, folks, it's been a pleasure!
Thanks, Conor
Right, I'll see if I can keep up with Conor, who I can see has highlighted some cracking offers. Anyone have any money left?
Watch these go!
I'm going to start off with this one. I do own a Blue Tees laser, but I could easily be persuaded to go back to a GPS Watch - because I keep losing my laser (easily done). I really like the look of the Garmin S44, a GPS reviewed by my colleague, Conor (see below). This is a significant discount on a serious piece of kit.

New balls, please
I'd love to know just how many sleeves of golf balls have been purchased over the course of Black Friday and today. We've already highlighted some of the best deals. You'll probably have noticed a rise in the number of bright golf balls on the market. Not everyone is a fan - but they're certainly easier to find.
Check out the deals on the various Srixon Q-Star Divide golf balls (savings vary according to the different colors). Maybe one to try over the winter months...
R10 reminder...
For me, one of the best deals still out there - a whopping $200 off one very, very good launch monitor. I mentioned this yesterday, and I'm surprised they still have these left in stock. Maybe they won't by the time you click through...
I do like a Titleist cap...
It's not often you can pick up a saving on Titleist. I'm all in when I see the Pro V discounted - and I'd be tempted to get a couple of these for next summer if I didn't already have three or four hanging up in the garage.
Top bag, top price!
Having a browse around for discounts on bags. This one caught my eye. I've had several Big Max golf bags over the years - and I can vouch for their quality. This $50 saving is not to be sniffed at. The red, white and blue is a real winner.
An "incredibly underrated" golf ball is heavily discounted
If you're looking to stock up on decent golf balls without breaking the bank, get involved in this deal... NOW!
Earlier this year, our deputy editor said of this model that it's one that everyone should play but probably won't. Maybe you should, because we were very impressed by the performance it offered - and just look at this discount.

This ball is also worth trying...
Especially when it's currently on offer - not a massive one, but 10% off a premium ball, one trusted by a handful of the best players in the world, is definitely not bad. There's an interesting story with this particular Bridgestone ball (Mindset), as Sam, our resident golf ball expert, explains in his review below...

One of the best putter deals
I must admit, I've only being looking around for about 20 minutes or so, but this has to be one of the best putter deals out there right now. I've heard a lot of good things about Cleveland putters, which probably don't get the recognition they deserve.
I can't be certain whether Sam De'ath, our putting expert, has tried this particular model. However, I've shared a review below of the HB Soft Milled 10.5C. I do know these putters have a wonderful feel. This is a chunky saving on a premium model.
Attention Chrome users
If you're Ok with jazzy designs/patterns, this is a great time to stock up on premium Callaway golf balls - a great time. Some significant savings right here.
Practice makes perfect
Also perfect for Christmas. When you've had enough of playing charades, get the putting matt out! We've had great fun with this practice putting matt, one endorsed by two-time Major winner, Dustin Johnson. This discount is crazy.
Our editor liked it so much, he even recorded a little video of it (see below). Seriously, this is a great training aid.

A VERY worthwhile investment
We talk a lot about improved ball striking - it's something a lot of club golfers are looking for. Of all the training aids out there - and there are a lot - this has to be one of the best, at least where improving the quality of your strike is concerned.

Another super Garmin offer
I think you'll find some of the best discounts this Cyber Monday (and Black Friday just gone which kind of keeps going for a bit) on GPS devices. I'm not sure why - maybe something to do with new models on the way in the New Year.
Anyway, our editor was pretty impressed with the S12 when he tested it a few years ago. Yes, newer models have since been released. Should that stop you for choosing a slightly older model? It wouldn't bother me...

Posts of the day

- The "Most Complete" Tiger Woods Video Game Has Hit It's Lowest Ever Price On Black Friday
- These 5 Star Golf Shoes Are About To Be Replaced In 2026...

My favorite deal of the event

It's rare to see the Titleist Pro V1 and Titleist Pro V1x on offer, so we are big fans of this deal, where you can grab one of the best golf balls with a near 10% discount.
Two boxes for under $100? That's a great discount in our eyes, especially as a standard box is $55!
