The Chicago Bears are gearing up for the start of training camp, where there will be plenty of players looking to win a starting job or simply secure a spot on the 53-man roster.
Earlier, we identified 37 players who are considered locks to make the 53-man roster. Now, we’re taking a look at the players who aren’t exactly locks but should certainly make the 53-man roster.
There will be one round of roster cuts that will happen on Aug. 29, when the Bears will need to narrow the roster from 90 to 53 players. It’s a safe bet that these nine players aren’t going anywhere. As for the rest, we’ll later take a look at those on the roster bubble.
