With the release of all player ratings on the new Madden 20 video game, we learned that the only Arizona Cardinals player with a rating of at least 90 is cornerback Patrick Peterson.
However, they had nine players with a rating in the 80s.

- WR Larry Fitzgerald, 84 overall
- RT Marcus Gilbert, 84 overall
- S D.J. Swearinger, 83 overall
- OLB Terrell Suggs, 83 overall
- OLB Chandler Jones, 82 overall
- S Budda Baker, 80 overall
- TE Charles Clay, 80 overall
- LB Jordan Hicks, 80 overall
That gives the Cardinals six starters on defense with at least an overall rating of 80. Four on offense do as well.
In the NFC West, the Seattle Seahawks have 10 players in the 80s and two in the 90s. The San Francisco 49ers have 12 in the 80s and three in the 90s, while the Los Angeles Rams have 15 in the 80s and three in the 90s.
