When it comes to beauty and skincare products many believe that the more costly an item, the better it will be.
So it is no surprise to see how much excitement is caused when a designer-dupe is discovered, and even more so when shoppers claim there is no difference.
Superdrug, while not known for its designer replicas, has shoppers praising one of its products online.
Superdrug shoppers have pointed out that the retailer’s £9.99 fragrance Exotique Musk, which is part of the Artiscent Atelier range, is just like Tom Ford’s iconic Santal Blush.

Superdrug stores remain open during lockdown with shoppers allowed to visit when needing to stock up on essential purchases such as medicine. Non-essential purchases can also be made during these visits.
Taking to Twitter, one shopper pointed out the similarities, claiming the £9.99 version is a “game changer”.
They wrote: “Idk which if my UK swiftie mutuals needs to hear this but apparently two girls who work in Superdrug said one of their scents is a dupe for Santal Blush and I think this is a game changer!! £9.99 for a 50ml bottle”.
Superdrug itself confirmed online that its Artiscent range was made up of dupes of Tom Ford, Chancel, Dior and more.
Two members of staff also recently took to TikTok to share the designer replicas, they said: “Exotique Musk is a dupe for Tom Ford Santal Blush”.
Beneath the video, excited shoppers were quick to comment.
One person said: “Ohhh wanna try that Tom Ford one”, while another wrote: “Got the Tom Ford one for me today”.
Superdrug’s Exotique Musk comes in at £9.99 for a 50ml bottle, while Tom Ford’s Santal Blush is currently listed online for £174 for the same amount.
This means shoppers can save themselves around £164 if they opt for the Superdrug version.
