A man has been charged over a plot to attack a 9/11 memorial in the US state of Missouri.
Joshua Ryne Goldberg, 20, from Florida was arrested on charges of distributing information relating to explosives, destructive devices and weapons of mass destruction.
He faces up to 20 years in a federal prison, if convicted.
The man was charged after communicating online with an FBI informant in July. There, he allegedly shared information on how to build a bomb with a pressure cooker, nails and rat poison.
He reportedly then told the informant to plant the bomb at the upcoming memorial event scheduled to mark the 14th anniversary of the attacks in Kansas City, which is thought to be planned for this Sunday.

According to Reuters, Mr Goldberg presented himself as a Muslim, living in Australia, who supported Isis. A criminal complaint said the online conversations were between the FBI informant and an account using names including ‘AusWitness’ and ‘AusSecret’.
The IP address of the computer was traced to Mr Goldberg’s mother.
Mr Goldberg has previously been linked to other cases of online trolling using a variety of different identities.
It comes on the 14th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, which killed almost 3,000 people.
