Eighty-seven students have applied to retake a university entrance examination disrupted by hooligans at Mathayomwatsing School in Bangkok last Sunday.

The National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Niets) said on Friday that 65 had sent their requests via email to niets.pat5@gmail.com, 18 filed theirs at Mathayomwatsing School in Bang Khunthian district, and four lodged their request at Niets.

Niets accepted requests from Tuesday to Thursday.

The intrusion affected 248 students sitting a professional and academic aptitude test for educational study.

Niets said it would announce the list of the students who would take the fresh examination on Saturday. It would be at Bangpakok Wittayakom School in Rat Burana district next Tuesday.
