Congratulations to St. Louis Blues die-hards who got to watch the franchise win their first Stanley Cup in the team’s 52-year history.
It took seven thrilling games and the aforementioned over five decades of waiting, so the celebration had to match that. There were fans at the Enterprise Center, on the streets of St. Louis, at bars everywhere around the country … and of course, all of them celebrated while listening to Laura Branigan’s Gloria (heck, even Phish played the song at a St. Louis concert after the victory).
