The Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks and familiar foes. After all, being in the same division, they face each other twice every single season. This year, they know each other particularly well. Between the two teams, there are eight players who spent time with the other team. Five Cardinals are former Seahawks and three Seahawks are former Cardinals.
OLB Cassius Marsh

Marsh was with the Seahawks twice. He was drafted by them in 2014 and played three seasons. He had three sacks in 2016. After two seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, he re-signed with the Seahawks in the offseason, only to be cut after they traded for Jadeveon Clowney.
DL Clinton McDonald

McDonald played three seasons for Seattle from 2011-2013. He had 5.5 sacks in 2013 and was part of their Super Bowl team.
OL J.R. Sweezy

Sweezy was originally a seventh-round draft pick by the Seahawks. He played for Seattle for four seasons and then, after two years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, returned in 2018. He signed with the Cardinals in the offseason. He played in 74 games for Seattle, starting 64 of them.
QB Brett Hundley

Hundley, Arizona’s backup QB, was Seattle’s backup in 2018.
CB Tramaine Brock

Brock was briefly with the Seahawks. He signed a contract with them in the 2017 preseason. He then was traded to the Minnesota Vikings.
WR Jaron Brown

Brown is in his second season with the Seahawks. He spent five seasons with the Cardinals after making the team as an undrafted rookie out of Clemson. He had 86 catches at nine touchdowns for Arizona. He had 14 last season for the Seahawks, but five went for touchdowns.
OL Mike Iupati

Iupati is in his first season with the Seahawks. He spent 2015-2018 with the Cardinals, starting 39 games.
CB Jamar Taylor

Taylor is in his first season with the Seahawks. He played 10 games for the Cardinals in 2018.
