We’ve seen some great football out of Cooper Kupp in seasons past — 92 receptions last year, 94 the season before to go along with 1,161 yards and 10 scores.
But in 2021? We’re seeing a year like no other from him, and a rarity among the all-time great wide receiver seasons.
Even before the cushion of an extra game on the NFL schedule, Kupp has a shot at Calvin Johnson’s single-season record of 1,964 receiving yards in 2012. At the moment, Kupp’s season ranks 19th all time, and there are three games to go.
