The Philadelphia Eagles enter the 2020 NFL offseason with a need for dynamic playmakers on offense as Howie Roseman and company look to upgrade the defense at several pertinent positions also.
With the Eagles needing playmakers and upgrades on both sides of the ball and at reduced prices, here are 8 free agents Philadelphia should target regardless of position.

1. Vernon Hargreaves
A former first-round pick of the Buccaneers and recently released by the Texans, Hargreaves had 21 tackles and one tackle for loss in six games with Houston last season. Before landing with the Texans, Hargreaves started all nine games for the Bucs and has the first-round talent despite not living up to the expectations.
Hargreaves could be a high-value option in free agency for the Eagles on the low.

2. Breshad Perriman
The son of a former NFL star and more affordable free agent option, the (6-2, 215) Perriman finally broke out of his bust label after being a first-round pick. Playing for an injury-ravaged Buccaneers team, Perriman had his best NFL season, catching 36 passes for 645 yards (17.9) and six touchdowns after bouncing around on three different teams over the past few years.
A home run threat, Perriman was drafted by the Ravens in 2016 when Eagles VP of player personnel Andy Weidl was a regional scout with Baltimore.
3. Robby Anderson

Anderson (6-3, 190) has spent the bulk of the offseason having visions of 11/11.
A former Temple football standout, Anderson be a highly coveted free agent after catching 52 passes for 779 yards and five touchdowns with a 15.0 yards per catch average.

4. Eli Apple
The former Giants 10th overall pick has found a home in New Orleans as he’s set to test free agency. He spent most of the season as one of the highest-graded cornerbacks in the NFL according to Pro Football Focus. Last season, Apple intercepted a pair of passes and was credited with nine passes defended in 10 games with New Orleans.

5. Trae Waynes
The Vikings first-round pick in 2015, Waynes is already one of the best-tackling corners in the league, he’s is decent in coverage and excels at limited the run after the catch, something the Eagles have struggled with.

6. Anthony Harris
Harris has benefited greatly from playing alongside Harrison Smith and the undrafted free agent just finished the 2018 season as the third highest-graded safety in the NFL. In 2019, Harris earned the highest grade among safeties.
Harris tied for the league lead with his six interceptions, was Pro Football Focus’s top-graded coverage safety in 2019 and should be a player of interest for the Eagles.

7. A.J. Green
Yes, Green would add age to the Eagles receiving corps, but when healthy he’s been one of the most consistent performers in the NFL. Green, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, has snagged 602 passes for 8,907 yards and 63 touchdowns and when healthy, he’s consistently been one of the top five wide receivers in the NFL.

8. Justin Simmons
The Broncos star has blossomed into one of the best safeties in the NFL and won’t even turn 27 until this coming November. Last season for the struggling Broncos, Simmons racked up 93 tackles, four interceptions and 15 passes defended.
